Setup is simple because of our 5-star support! When you register, you'll get an email with simple video steps to take to get started. We'll also schedule short orientation calls where one of our trained AI experts (a human, btw) will share their screen if needed and get your AI Agent Employees up and running. We'll also help you connect your social media accounts if needed, and get you started quickly!

You'll need to get a number through the platform. This number will be used for both the AI employee (GiGi) and Text AI messaging. The cost is around $10, but the AI per call fees are never passed along to you. Among other options, to have the voice AI answer a call you'll simply share this number, or forward your existing business phone when you're unable to answer. The AI answering agent can be setup to pickup after a certain number of rings, be transferred to hen the caller taps a number, or be fully dedicated, whatever you prefer.

Upon cancellation, you have 3-days to reactivate and not lose data. After this period, for security reasons, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. It's important that you transfer all assets, lists, emails, phone numbers, and data before the cancellation date.
