Setup is simple because of our 5-star support! When you register, you'll get an email with simple video steps to take to get started. We'll also schedule short orientation calls where one of our trained AI experts (a human, btw) will share their screen if needed and get your AI Agent Employees up and running. You'll need to get a phone number through the platform to forward calls to when you want the AI to answer. This number can be used for both AI voice and Text AI messaging. The cost is around $10 and setup minimal. To have the voice AI answer a call you'll simply share this number to callers, or forward your existing business phone when you're unable to answer. The AI voice agent can pickup a call after a certain number of rings, be transferred to when the caller taps a number, or be fully dedicated, whatever you prefer.

Upon cancellation, you have 3-days to reactivate and not lose data. After this period, for security reasons, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. It's important that you transfer all assets, lists, emails, phone numbers, and data before the cancellation date.
