The AI answers the call, and saves a transcription of the call. It can also record the call if you wish.

Then, it sends a notification to the business letting you know a call came in.

It will then send a text and/or email to the caller* confirming their interest and the conversation. This is configured depending on your business. It can send links, confirm an appointment, promise a follow-up call, or whatever the next logical step is in your process.

At the same time, it will save the lead in the CRM for your records.

Different configurations and abilities will be customized for your business, of course, depending on your system and what you'd need it to do. *If the caller shared their contact info, we can email and/or text them. In some cases, they can be cheeky sand hide it.

**There is an additional charge of a few pennies per email or text message after the 1st 1,000 outgoing texts and/or emails per month. There is also an additional charge of around 11 cents per minute after the first 1,000 minutes of talk-time per month. It is HIGHLY unusual for anyone to hit this threshold.
