You'll receive an email with your receipt and some other information and instructions, welcoming you to AI Sprinkled. We'll get to work on your website, and when completed, you'll be invited to a 1 on 1 onboarding call to help you learn how everything works. It's 95% hands-off, but we want you to know what's happening behind the scenes!

If at any time you have questions or need some guidance, you can choose to either email our support line and ask question, or use our own AI support team found by clicking in our mobile app. No matter when or how you need us, we've got you covered!

Nope! We are always updating our systems, but since AI Sprinkled is on the cloud, when we make an update or add new pages to your website, they automatically show up in your account... and they're all included!

We work exclusively with contractors and mobile service businesses. 

Each month we'll add 4 new pages to your website. We will do this automatically, and will focus on both "service area" pages, and "services provided" pages. These are carefully created to attract the AI search engines, Google, and Yelp. If you prefer some other type of page be added, simply contact us and we'll do what you like.

Our "living websites" are $297 per month, and that includes design, hosting, maintenance, updates, new pages monthly, AI assistance, and so much more. For an additional $200 we can add a "AI Answering Service" as well.

None at all! Most AI services charge a per minute or per usage fee. Your AI chat widget can be accessed 100 times or 1,000 times daily, and we'll never charge you an additional fee. We do have an additional $197 fee if you choose to use our "AI Answering Service" and you go over 1,000 calls in a month. However, I've never seen anyone break this threshold! FYI, "SalesForce" charges an additional $2 per voice call... so only 50 calls per day would be over $3,000 a month in fees alone.

Setup is simple because of our 5-star support! When you register, you'll get an email with simple steps to take to get started. You'll complete a form with info about your business, and we'll go to work. When done, we'll schedule a short orientation call where one of our experts (a human, btw) will go through the program.

Not that you pay for. We will purchase a phone number through the platform on your behalf. This number will be used for the texting required to ask for reviews and reach out to your customers by text. However, the text will show your personal or office number on the caller ID. If you add the AI answering service, we'll procure a second new (voice) number and you will forward your existing business phone when you're unable to answer. The AI answering agent can be setup to pickup after a certain number of rings, be transferred to when the caller taps a number, or be fully dedicated, whatever you prefer.

Upon cancellation, you have 3-days to reactivate and not lose your data. After this period, for security reasons, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system. It's important that you transfer all assets, lists, emails, phone numbers, and data before the cancellation date.
