We are looking for short and long-term marketers, as well as those who can start training and managing others. You will start by learning/doing marketing, then if you want to grow, you will help manage a group of others, and top producers will be trained to run a new agency.
We sell to mobile service businesses such as mobile dog groomers, mobile DJ's, mobile locksmiths, or mobile auto detailers.

To make the services much easier to sell/promote, we have "lead magnets" (free offers) we give them before pitching the prospect:
-A "Free Forever" website. We will design and build a beautiful business website for a local mobile service provider. This is not a "bait and switch", nor do we hit them with a "hosting fee" later. It's 100% free site... no strings attached, no credit card needed.
AND/OR:
-A free community and peer group with training, courses, and more for contractors and home service providers. For example, we teach them how to claim and set up a Google Business Profile, how to use social media, a place to meet their peers, and a lot more. You'll be able to invite them to the group as a free offer, and then reach out again after they join to do an evaluation and show them our services.
AND/OR:
-We will use our AI system to generate 20 new Google reviews for them, at no charge. This will let them see firsthand how effective our AI agents are to get them reviews, push them up in the search engine rankings, and promote them in their community. All 100% free.

We pay on a commission structure. You will be selling a $300 to $700 monthly package to local service businesses, paying a 40% commission. So you'll earn around $120 to $250+ per sale, and again, the businesses pay us monthly. (so once you make a sale, you earn the commission every month they stay with us!)
We are aware that you may not be experienced with a commission structure if this is new to you. So to help, we offer a commission/draw guarantee.
As long as you work 25+ hours a week, are active in our group, attend every Tuesday team meeting, and communicate with me at least 3x weekly (these 3 are not negotiable!) when you make ONE sale in any calendar month, I'll give you either your commission earned, or $400... whichever is higher. (partial months are prorated)
A lot of companies would fire you if you only generated one sale in a month. I won't... I'll reward you, because there are a lot of other skills you'll need to be good at as you progress through our program as well, and maybe that is where your strengths lie.
I realize this isn't a lot, but it covers some fees and such. If you only make 1 sale in the month and the commission is under $400, you get $400. If the commission is $500, $1,000, $4,000 or more, you get the commission.
*The cost of our services are going up soon, and we may offer new services and adjust the commission rate at any time.
Please understand that if you show me you can drive people to our lead magnets and sell our services, I will work with you to make certain you are financially satisfied. (I'd be silly to let you go, right?)
If you can reach out to people cold by email, social DM's (LinkedIn, etc) or even phone, we might have a place for you. Your main goal is to give away our free services, and then after this, send them to a sales video that will do a lot of the selling for you.
Once we begin the hiring process, if we feel you might qualify, we'll give you much more specific details and examples.
