Marketing Agency Management Training - Pre-application

If we determine we'd like to get to know you better, we'll contact you with instructions for taking the next step. We are looking for people with sales and/or marketing experience, as well as those without experience but who are hard-working, willing to learn, and have a great attitude.

Some people may prefer to stay with us doing sales only, but we are more seeking people who, at the end of a 3 to 6-month training program, can run a new agency, as the general manager or operations manager.

The first step is learning how we sell, the second is learning to train others, and the third is learning business, recruiting, and how to run an agency.

We DO NOT initially reach out to people and try to sell them something. YES... we are selling, but before we tell them about our products, we offer them something of high value.

The first time we approach people, we offer them one of the following:

1- We invite them to join a contractor peer group, with free marketing courses, training and strategies, as well as conversations with their peers etc..
OR -
2- We invite them to apply to be featured on the cover of a local "At Your Service" business directory as a high-quality service provider, to help generate leads for them.

AFTER they accept one of the above, we call them back and introduce our services, as well as offer them a free trial. After giving them something for free, and having them try our services at no cost, we follow up to gain what could be a relatively easy sale.

You will be reaching out to people in this manner.

You will be marketing and reaching out to home service providers and contractors in the US and Canada, promoting a much-needed service product. If you're a good communicator and enjoy people, this can become a lucrative long-term career position.

The first step in the process is learning our marketing/sales system. If you choose to advance further, the second is learning to train others, and the third is learning to run an agency.

We sell marketing services to home service providers and contractors. This includes website design, 5-star review generation, AI and email automation. Do you have any experience or knowledge of these type of products? *

We offer above average earnings, but on a commission structure. (every one of us, included Nick) You will earn a generous % of your own sales as well as additional compensation on others you help train. Are you comfortable with this pay structure? WHY? *
