Thanks for your interest in the position. I want you to fully understand what we're looking for and what we do, so we can both make a good decision.
I need people who can be taught to run new agencies we are opening after a 3 to 6-month training program. I will not be the owner of the new agencies: they will be owned by the trainee after they complete the program. (so it's an opportunity to do what I do)
I have been doing this for 15+ years, and I will still be active and working with you to provide my support and assistance. At my expense, I will provide the new agency a business website, access to our training program and platform, recruiting assistance, community, expertise and support.
There is absolutely NO financial investment needed by the new owner to get the agency up and running. (besides your time and effort while learning) The new owners will pay us a flat monthly fee, plus a % of monthly sales to cover the services provided above. Every dollar made above and beyond this, is yours to keep, after paying your people of course.
We sell to contractors, as well as service businesses. As an example, a carpet cleaning or HVAC company, a yoga studio, or a mobile auto detailer.
To make the service much easier to sell/promote, we have a choice of "lead magnets" (free offers) we give them before pitching the prospect:
-A "Free Forever" website. We will design and build a local service business or contractor a beautiful business website for them to use. This is not a "bait and switch", nor do we hit them with a "hosting fee" later. It's 100% free site... no strings attached, no credit card needed.
AND/OR:
-A free community and peer group with training, courses, and more for contractors and home service providers. For example, we teach them how to claim and set up a Google Business Profile, how to use social media, a place to meet their peers, and a lot more. You'll be able to invite them to the group as a free offer, and then reach out again after they join to do an evaluation and show them our services.
AND/OR:
-We have launched a services directory website called "At Your Service!". It is a contractor directory where consumers go to find the best local home services. We contact them with an offer to interview them and post an exclusive article about their company on our publication to help them generate local leads.
These offers change the outreach process from a cold sales pitch to an invitation to participate in one of the above free, valuable services. The sale comes from following up with them after they join one of the above and sharing our services.
We pay on a commission schedule, but there is a modified minimum guaranteed income schedule explained below.
You will be selling a $300 to $500+ package to local service businesses, which pays a 40% commission. So you'll earn around $120 to $200 per sale, and the businesses pay us monthly.
Once a company joins us, they tend to stay for months and years. If you make 2 sales a week, you would make from $960 to $1500 in the first month, $1800 to $2800 in the second month, and $3,000 to $4,000 in the third month. Obviously, 4 sales a week will double that, and 1 per week would cut it in half.
You'll also earn a 10% commission on the sales of anyone you help train who we place on your team, plus bonuses and contests...
We are looking for people who prefer a commission structure and would turn down any job that offers a salary or hourly wage instead.
However... we are aware that you may not be experienced with a commission structure if this is new to you.
So to help, as long as you work 25+ hours a week, are active in our group, and communicate with me at least 3x weekly (these 3 are not negotiable!) when you make ONE sale in any calendar month, I'll give you either your commission earned, or $400 to cover fees etc... whichever is higher. (partial months are pro-rated)
If you only make 1 sale in the month (1 sale is poor, we expect this weekly) and the commission is under $400, you get $400. If the commission is $500, $1,000, $4,000 or more, you get the commission.
*The cost of our services are going up soon, and we may offer new services and adjust the commission rate at any time.
As an owner, the income opportunity is uncapped.
Imagine, for example, you have 12 people working for you, and your company has 40 clients paying you from $300 to $500 monthly. You would earn around $16,000 monthly. Yes, a small % used to cover expenses, and you will need to pay your people...
However, there are agency owners who have 1,000+ clients. You can do the math.
Having said that: This is FAR from easy money, and you will be challenged.
Again, you will never be required to make an investment or be put in a position where you can "lose" money. In the long run, your "investment" is of your time, effort, and attitude while you are learning... not bad after a 3 to 6-month training period... if you've got what it takes.
